RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY

Due to the custom nature of everything that leaves our shop we don’t accept returns at the time. We do however accept exchanges. Items must be unworn and unwashed. Once we receive your exchange and have inspected it we will email you a store credit for the original amount you paid for the garment. You will then be able to order the size/style you wish to exchange for. Credit DOES NOT have to be used on the original item purchased. However, if repurchasing the same item, coupons/discount codes can not be applied with any store credit and you will not receive the sale price you may have originally purchased it for when repurchasing. Your order will then go back into our system and will be shipped back out within the turnaround time.
